Refund policy

100% refund applies if a product has not yet shipped.

If product has been shipped, you may book a return within 30 Days of purchase. A 10% handing fee will apply. Once your returned piece arrives, we will issue you a refund less 10% handling fee. If the product shows signs of wear and tear, we will deduct an additional 20% from the purchase price to recondition it.
